Objective: Process Analyst/ Database Analyst/ Project Manager

My specialties are analysis, streamlining and implementation of processes by using key software tools for automation. Companies strain to do more with less making my skills essential. My experience, as shown below, is extensive in project management, process development, and relational database development. Sr. Quality Analyst & Database Analyst II / Access DBA

My specialty at SHC has been to analyze data and automate reports using Access, Crystal, MIDAS+, Web Intelligence and other software as needed. I developed databases to track and trend AHRQ PSI metrics and Core Measures that were reported on a quarterly and monthly basis utilizing both MIDAS and Access processes. I utilized Access to track PSN System that leverage the UHC downloads to generate canned reports as well as other ad-hoc report capabilities. For preexisting processes using VBA code, I would troubleshoot and modify the code as needed in Excel and Access. I would create useful views in MIDAS Report Track and data extracts from DataVision to facilitate data needs through ODBC connections to other databases. Education in Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis using Minitab 14.
